ZELLSIS, DAZZLE LEAVE SINGULARITY

Singularity have parted ways with Jordan “Zellsis” Montemurro and Will “dazzLe” Loafman, the organisation has announced.

The departure of the two players comes after a recent period in which the team failed to achieve any form of success, with Singularity crashing out of the IEM Katowice open qualifiers and DreamHack Open Leipzig closed qualifier in the quarter-final stage.

dazzLe had joined up with Singularity in October, when the entire team went through a roster overhaul before ESL Pro League Season 10 Americas, while Zellsis was recruited a month later to replace Collin “wrath” McSweegan.

“We have not been able to grind the results we would have liked to accomplish,” Singularity CEO Atle S. Stehouwer said in a statement.

After the holiday break the dynamics of the team were not at the level wished from everyone involved.”

Singularity are currently left with three players, but more departures could be on the horizon after Sebastian “seb” Bucki played no part in Singularity‘s 2-0 victory over Rap Gang in WINNERS League Season 3, in which Shahzeb “ShahZaM” KhanHunter “SicK” Mims and Kaleb “moose” Jayne all filled in for the team.

The North American team, who will return to action on Sunday in the closed qualifier for DreamHack Open Anaheim, currently have:

United States Skyler “Relyks” Weaver
United States Michael “dapr” Gulino
United States Sebastian “seb” Bucki

United Kingdom Ian “Immi” Harding (coach)
