ANIMAJOR DAY 2 PLAYOFFS RESULTS

After a thrilling and rather long first day, the second day of the WePlay! Kyiv Animajors has finally come. Let’s take a look at the Lower Matches as covered by the gang over at Southside Tambayan.

TEAM ASTER VS. TNC PREDATOR (1-2)

Team Aster charge forward and stomp TNC Predator 27-14 as they take game 1. Team Aster made sure to cancel out Bok’s picks and shrink his available pool of heroes, making TNC’s off-lane game a little on the weak side.

TNC Predator showed their heart and proved they do not succumb to external pressures as they overwhelm Team Aster after converting Armel’s Aegis steal to a full wipe of Team Aster and eventually rushing to the enemy’s base to win game 2.

Game 3 was no different. TNC Predator bared their fangs and made Team Aster-shaped clay as the team bulldozed towards victory and finally taking the win for their series against Team Aster.

TEAM ALLIANCE VS. TEAM SPIRIT (1-2)

Team Spirit drains Team Alliance’s spirit as they stomp them for game 1, with the help of TorontoTokyo’s Wind Ranger powershots and shackles.

Team Alliance, however, managed to bounce back and take game 2 from an overstepping Team Spirit, and forced a game 3 in their series.

Team Spirit seals the game after they stomp Alliance 25-2, and deprive Alliance from qualifying in The International 2021.

VIRTUS.PRO VS. VICI GAMING (1-2)

Vici Gaming takes control of the series as they took game 1 by defeating Virtus.Pro with the aid of Pyw’s Grimstroke play etching out a path to victory.

Virtus.Pro’s GPK takes game 2 as he leads his death spirits towards the direction of Vici Gaming, ending game 2 in a tie and upping the stakes for Vici Gaming as they try to win the final game to get another shot at the playoffs stage.

However, Poyoyo takes home the bacon as they rush to finish the game in their favor ending the series 2-1 in their favor.

NOPING ESPORTS VS. EVIL GENIUSES (1-2)

Evil Geniuses once again take Arteezy’s Terrorblade with them as they slaughter Noping Esports to take game 1 of their series. Noping Esports’ Yatoro-powered Sven just could not do anything about it.

For some reason, EG seemed to throw game 2 as Noping Esports managed to snag the win from them, extending the series for one more game, with HFN’s Sven cleaving his way through EG’s defenses.

Game was when EG decided tha playtime was over and showerd Noping what it really feels like to face off against Evil Geniuses.
