CR4ZY transfer roster to C0ntact Gaming

CR4ZY has officially confirmed their roster’s transfer to c0ntact Gaming.

The announcement confirms two independent reports by HLTV.org, which revealed that CR4ZY agreed to sell their CS:GO team, and 1pv.fr, who reported on the identity of the buyer, c0ntact Gaming.

c0ntact Gaming is a new United States-based organization that owns two brands in the franchised Call of Duty World League and Overwatch League, Paris Legion and Paris Eternal, respectively.

ottoNd & co. will represent c0ntact from now on

They have now entered CS:GO for the first time with the acquisition of the CR4ZY roster, who are currently ranked 20th in HLTV.org’s Team Ranking following successful campaigns at the last three DreamHack Open stops in Atlanta, Jönköping, and Sevilla, with two top-four placings and a runner-up finish.

With the team, c0ntact has acquired a spot in the New Legends Stage of the ESL One Rio Major, after CR4ZY’s previous roster featuring Nemanja “nexa” Isaković and Nemanja “huNter-” Kovač placed 9th-11th at the StarLadder Major.

“My first reaction was ‘there’s no way this is happening again.’ However, I also realized the opportunity for the players and decided this would be the best for them. I would never do anything to stop them from progressing in their career. We will be getting to The Major soon enough,” CR4ZY CEO, Antonio Meic, said in a statement.

The Croatian organization intends to stay in CS:GO with a “soon-to-be-announced roster.” A recent photo posted by the CEO, Antonio Meic, suggests Ivan “Johnta” Shevtsov will be involved with the new team in some capacity.

c0ntact now field the following team:

Rokas “EspiranTo” Milasauskas
Nestor “LETN1” Tanić
Otto “ottoNd” Sihvo
Luka “emi” Vuković
Georgi “SHiPZ” Grigorov

Neil “NeiL_M” Murphy (coach)
