CS:GO UPDATE BRINGS CHANGES TO MIRAGE; OPENS SKYBOXES ON TRAIN AND DUST2

The latest update to the game has made a number of adjustments to Mirage, while also opening skyboxes near ivy on Train and outside of B site on Dust2.

One of the most notable changes sees the opening of the skyboxes from B halls into B site on Dust2, an adjustment that the community previously speculated would be made when the map was reworked in October 2017. On Train, the skybox over the building between ivy and A site has also been opened up.

The update also brings a number of changes to Mirage, including the addition of a bench in mid that allows for players to peek catwalk and self-boost themselves into window. The T-side entrance into mid has been widened in response to the “Astralis” mid smoke that was popularized for CTs to take control.

A pixel jump-spot from the middle of B site to catwalk has also been removed, while an AWP wallbang from palace to the close corner of the balcony has been added. Additionally, spectator x-ray settings have also been improved, adding the ability to draw outlines around the bomb and dropped defuse kits.
