Day 1 of the Early Summer Sunscream Playoffs

Today marks the first day of the Early Summer Sunscream playoffs which is streamed live over on our Facebook page.

The first match for the playoffs was supposed to start at 2:30 PM but was postponed due to one of the playing teams, Patriots, forfeiting due to an unforeseen conflict in their schedule. Thus, Tamaraws FX advanced to the next level of the bracket by default.

The second match started at 5:30 PM. It was a match between two Mindanaoan teams, AMR Team Davao and Morvis gaming. AMR Davao were wrecked during the first game, with their core Gyrocopter failing to farm and getting stomped by Morvis Gaming’s Juggernaut.

However, AMR Davao picked up their slack and won two straight games against Morvis Gaming after that, claiming their win after Morvis calls GG on Game 3, as Morvis failed to match up against AMR Davao’s picks of an Offlane Blood Seeker and Lion, a Midlane Lina, and Safelane Juggernaut and Winter Wyvern.
