EU MINOR OPEN QUALIFIER 2 – DAY ONE COMPLETE, FOUR POLISH TEAMS THROUGH TO QUARTER-FINALS
Day one of the second European Open qualifier has come to its conclusion, with the tournament reaching the quarter-final stage.
We’ll once again be taking you through the action during the first day of the Europe Minor open qualifier, which is not going to be covered in matches on the front page until the Round of 16, so we will instead be posting live updates in this article.
Only the top two teams will advance to the closed qualifier, for which eight teams have been directly invited, while Dignitas and BIG advanced via the first open qualifier.

The first day of the second Europe Minor has concluded as we have learned the top-eight teams, who will fight for two spots in the closed qualifier over the last two rounds on Wednesday. The Poles have largely been successful over the course of the day, with four of them making it to day two. The rest of the bracket, which will be played from 00:00 , looks as follows:

07:45 Only the remainder of Round of 16 is left
With just the remainder of the Round of 16 left to be played on day one, we saw a few more surprises, such as Secret beating GamerLegion and FiveG eliminating SKADE, while Sprout had to fight off a scary-looking KPI team to reach the top 16.
Complexity have already been eliminated in the top-16 stage, with PACT stunning the so-called juggernaut 16-10 on Inferno. AVEZ, Copenhagen Flames, and Juggernauts have also made it through to the top eight.

Round of 32 — the last round that is not covered in Hot matches at HLTV — has begun, after some more known names such as Lilmix, Wygers, and Turkey5 were eliminated from the tournament, as did LDLC at the hands of their former member Vincent “Happy” Schopenhauer in Secret.
