However, YapzOr’s Dark Seer was able to run in and get the Vacuum and Wall of Replica combo on three enemy heroes, which turned the fight in Team Secret’s favor and gave them the map control advantage. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=79NlSGPD57E Nine minutes later into the game, VG attempted to burst down Ludwig “zai” Wahlberg’s Mars, which became a full-on team fight. The first day of the DreamLeague Season 13: The Leipzig Major Group Stage has ended, with the top teams already beginning to separate themselves from the rest of the competition. Here’s how things went down in each of the groups: Group A Still fresh off their win at the WePlay! Bukovel Minor to secure the last spot at the Major, Nigma Esports defeated MDL Chengdu Major champions TNC Predator, 2-1. Alliance pushed Virtus.Pro to the edge in the Major debut series!

DreamLeague Season 13: The Leipzig Major is the first 2019-20 Dota Pro Circuit tournament for Virtus.pro, who entered the new season with a revamped roster. Alliance were VP’s first adversaries in the group stage play, and the Europeans managed to cut through the rather sloppy CIS team with a clean 2-0. Interestingly enough, it was none of the two newcomers of Virtus.pro who underperformed in the series, but rather the veteran mid laner Vladimir “None” Minenko, who had one of the worst days of his professional career. In game one he flopped on a mid lane Magnus, missing a few ultimates, and when he finally got a three-man Reverse Polarity in a Roshan contest team fight, he skewered all heroes...

McGregor busted open Cerrone with a series of shoulder punches from the clinch. He then blasted Cowboy with a killer head kick that wobbled him. McGregor pounced on Cowboy against the cage, forcing him to...

Nigma off to a hot start in the Leipzig Major group stage

A Major champion vs Minor Champion series opened the second Major tournament of the season, as TNC Predator were pitted against Nigma in the first series of group A of DreamLeague Season 13: The Leipzig Major. Nigma were the last to join the 16 team line-up of this Major after a hard fought victory through the lower bracket rounds at the Bukovel Minor 2020. Their games weren’t exactly clean at the Minor, and not many were ready to jump on the hype train, even though they claimed the trophy last week to secure themselves a spot at the Major. Their struggles are not over yet, given the loss against TNC in the opening game. The SEA champions outmaneuvered Nigma with...

When last the two juggernauts met, it was VG who sent Secret packing from the ONE Esports Dota 2 World Pro Invitational and now they would have a...
