While it fills me with great sadness to part ways with the best Dota roster...

OG IS DOING IT! The curse breakers.

Motivation and inspiration comes from shining examples.Today, OG made history at The International. Once again, our sincerest and biggest congratulations to the 2-time TI champions. Team Liquid and OG both turned around messy seasons to completely dominate the main stage of The International 2019, setting up a clash between European juggernauts in Shanghai. OG came into their second straight TI as an underdog after having a poor showing in the Dota Pro Circuit, only competing in two Majors and not placing well at either. Even after Anathan “ ana” Pham returned to the roster, they didn’t look like their dominant selves. It wasn’t until they reached TI that OG really put it all back together, standing tall and battling with their hearts...

PSG.LGD: The Spoils of War

Can PSG.LGD prevent both teams to have the first double winners in the history of Dota The International? Team Liquid won on the TI7 against Newbee and OG outplayed and takes the trophy against them. But before that, PSG.LGD must fight Team Liquid on their Lower Bracket Finals today. Home favourites PSG.LGD are hunting for for their first International Title. They strike down the upper bracket prominent teams which included Virtus.Pro and Vici Gaming and outplayed them with the score of 2-0. On their road to the slot for Grand finals against OG, OG vanquish with the score of 2-1 and which put them down to lower bracket.Their defeat in TI8 Grand Finals seems to have left some scars but...

The International 2019 : Main Event (Final Day)

Team Liquid vs PSG.LGD A striking performance showed by Team Liquid as they dominate Team Secret in the lower bracket yesterday. And what's even more interesting? "9-0 standing in LOWER BRACKET". A truly Tyrant team that sweeps off every team encountered and not even Team Secret who had a great run in this season could stop Team Liquid's way to Aegis of Champion.Today we will witness the final moment of The International 2019 facing the one and only standing team of China, PSG.LGD. The last remaining Chinese powerhouse holds on to their feet to the road of Aegis of Champion facing off the TYRANT of the lower bracket. Will they stop Team Liquid's momentum? This match would be so interesting...

Team Liquid eliminates Team Secret at The International

Team Liquid improves their record to 9-0 in the main event as they dominate Team Secret and secure a top-three finish at The International 2019. For the third year in a row, Secret is headed home after falling to their European rivals on the biggest stage in Dota 2. Game one was a trade-off between the two legendary captains as Clement “Puppey” Ivanov brought home Io and Omniknight, but had to watch as Kuro “KuroKy” Takhasomi secured Chen. And as has been the case throughout TI9, Liquid managed to take a surprising last pick, throwing Aliwi “w33” Omar onto his signature Meepo. The early game was even, but it wasn’t meant to last as Liquid quickly pulled ahead and started pressuring...

The Beasts are out! Team Secret joins the dropouts.

Despite having a good DPC season for  Team Secret, it seems that this is far as they can get into The International. Somehow they managed to place 4th and lose to Team Liquid who by far their toughest opponent ever faced on. Have they ever disappointed the fans? Well some of us due to their lack of performance displayed during The International while performing at their peak levels through out the season's Majors and Minor tournaments.   Nevertheless they beaten down one of the Chinese favored team Vici Gaming with a 2-0 standing under 30 minutes of gameplay. Something the fans looked forward to Team Secret's performance too. As dominant as they looked in the lower bracket, they fell short...

The International 2019 : Main Event (Day 5)

So many heartbreaks and losses experienced today as we saw one of the most iconic teams dropped out in the tournament finishing only at 5-6th. Evil Geniuses losses to Team Liquid with a devastating 2-0 standing with no hope of a comeback during the match. It would seem to be a one-sided said by most of the viewers around the world. Infamous on the other hand also dropped out together with EG, but it seems that this was a huge milestone for them as they finished with only few resources they had just to qualify and earn the respect of dota fans this far. But tomorrow, as the two last days of The International remains, Two teams will also go...

Villains are out! Evil Geniuses drop from The International

As difficult as it seems, Evil Geniuses had been eliminated from The International 2019 by Team Liquid. With the hopes of reclaiming the aegis of champion once more, they were stopped and demolished with a 2-0 standing. Artour "Arteezy" Babaev heartbreaking loss took a toll in his career now that they only finished top 6 with what seems for the fans that he performed poorly in the entire run. Finishing top 5-6th, will Evil Geniuses comeback stronger? or shall we witness the inevitable fate of changing rosters. However they may not be re shuffling as we have yet to see them as five in Singapore to train 5 national dota2 teams at Razer's SEA Games Esports Bootcamp. The boot...

The Bearers of the curse. Will it break? or the curse lives on.

One thing made more apparent this year is the invincibility of Team Secret and Virtus.pro. These beasts were the first to secure the first two slots to this year’s The International after appearing in two consecutive grand finals of a Major tournament. Though they’ve already achieved the goal everyone else was clamoring for even before the season reached its halfway point, the powerhouses’ dominance didn’t stop there. Team Secret and Virtus.pro closed the 2018-19 Dota Pro Circuit as the first and second seed, respectively. When it comes to The International, however, it becomes a whole other story. Both teams have a history of underperforming during the annual Dota 2 world championship no matter how strong they were in the preceding...
