L!NKZ^ JOINS ISURUS AS MAX STEPS DOWN

Isurus have announced the signing of José “L!nKz^” Ortega to round out the team’s roster, which was left down to four after Maximiliano “max” Gonzalez‘s departure.

Isurus ended January down to four players following max‘s departure from the team just weeks after his first year on the squad. The Argentine organization has now announced the signing of Chilean AWPer L!nKz^ to take his place.

max noted personal differences in his parting statement as the reason for stepping down from the roster, but is grateful for his time in the organization and thanked captain Nicolás “Noktse” Dávila and coach Rodrigo “pino” Manarino before making himself available to offers from other teams.

L!nKz^ is best known for playing the WESG 2016 World Finals in Changzhou, China, with the likes of Cristian “Proxure” Rojas and Javier “FiReMaNNN” Collado, and is already reunited with his former Malvinas and Rejected teammate Marcos “decov9jse” Amato in Isurus‘ gaming house in Brazil.

As one of the teams on the wrong end of ESL’s recent reforms, Isurus will not show their new lineup off in their flagship league—which they attended last year making it through to the second round—, but will nevertheless be seen playing Brasileirão Season 2, WESG 2019 LATAM Finals and the South America Closed Qualifier for the ESL One Rio Major.

After the changes, Isurus are now:

Argentina Nicolás “Noktse” Dávila
Argentina Roberto “reversive” Themtham
Argentina Gabriel “1962” Sinopoli
Argentina Marcos “decov9jse” Amato
Chile José “L!nKz^” Ortega

Argentina Rodrigo “pino” Manarino (coach)
