RENEGADES CONFIRM HATZ SIGNING
Renegades have completed the signing of former ORDER member Jordan “Hatz” Bajic, the Detroit-based organisation announced on Sunday.
The 21-year-old is joining the roster in place of Ollie “DickStacy” Tierney, who was released from his contract on Wednesday after over two years with the team.
Hatz will bring more firepower to the Renegades squad, who ended the year with a 9th-12th place finish at the ESL Pro League Season 10 Finals. He averaged a 1.13 rating on LAN in the last two years, helping ORDER to pick up several domestic titles and to qualify for three Big Events, the 2018 IEM stops in Katowice and Sydney, and the ESL Pro League Season 8 Finals.
His first test with Renegades is scheduled for Tuesday as the team will take part in the Oceanic closed qualifier for IEM Katowice. In two weeks’ time, they will make their first LAN appearance of 2020 at DreamHack Open Leipzig, where a $100,000 prize pool will be on the line.
With this move, Renegades have:
Simon “Sico” Williams
Christopher “dexter” Nong
Joshua “INS” Potter
Liam “malta” Schembri
Jordan “Hatz” Bajic
