TSM building NA CSGO lineup for planned return in the pro scene!
Team SoloMid is in the first steps of returning to Counter-Strike with a new lineup according to a report from Rush B Media. The organization which has been without a team for three years will be piecing together a new lineup rather than acquiring a previously built one.
Former eUnited player Anthony “vanity” Malaspina is being tagged as the in-game leader for the squad according to the report. vanity had been with eUnited since February of 2019 before being released to start 2020. He’ll be reuniting with current eUnited player Kaleb “moose” Jayne in the new roster.
Two players that have been floating around between teams for awhile Hunter “SicK” Mims and Yassine “Subroza” Taoufik will be rounding out the riflers for the team. SicK was a member of a previous TSM lineup and most recently represented Gen.G as a stand-in and played under the Complexity banner. Subroza had an extremely brief stint on Cloud9 as a trial prior to the Gen.G and Cloud9 move that saw their core trio move.
Taking up the AWP role will be Mattew “WARDELL” Yu who has been inactive since his tenure on Ghost Gaming came to an end in September as his contract expired. He’d be very open about his desire to return to competitive play but had been unable to land a spot on a top team in the months since Ghost disbanded its CS:GO team.
Expected TSM lineup:
Kaleb “moose” Jayne
Hunter “SicK” Mims
Yassine “Subroza” Taoufik
Anthony “vanity” Malaspina
Matthew “WARDELL” Yu
