OG have confirmed their attendance at the next Major qualifiers

While the qualifiers for the next Major are still about a month away, the two-time TI winners, OG, have confirmed that they will be participating – for the first time this Dota 2 Pro Circuit season.

DreamLeague Season 13 is the next Major on our DPC calendars, beginning in just three days from now but following our trip to Leipzig, Germany, we will be heading across to North America – Los Angeles to be specific, with ESL ONE LA being the next Major stop off. The qualifiers for the third Major of the DPC season are set to take place from February 9th to 14th, while the actual event is slated to run from March 15th to 22nd 2020. While no teams have been confirmed for the open or closed qualifiers just yet, OG have now confirmed that they will be heading to these qualifiers.

In 2018 OG managed to come through the European open qualifier for The International, make their way through the closed qualifier and win the event in stunning fashion. Last year, however, they did not leave it to qualifiers as they attended only the final two Majors of the season and were able to squeeze themselves into TI9 and take a second Aegis of Champions. This time around, the amazing squad are starting one Major sooner hopefully as they will look to the ESL One LA qualifiers to begin their DPC climb towards the tenth iteration of TI.

It is unclear at this moment if they will be fielding their full TI-winning squad or if they will have some standins for the qualifiers but as soon as that information becomes available, we will be sure to announce it. For now we are just extremely excited to see what OG can do in the Outlanders update which has been a pleasure to watch at the recent Minor and we’re sure to see much more at the upcoming Major.
