CS:GO is a first-person shooting game and is a part of the Counter-Strike Series. The game was released in August 2012.
At the time, Steam Charts recorded only 52,261 players. As time passed, the game has been getting a steady increase of players. And after years of ups and downs, the game finally reached its 1 million mark on Sunday, March 15.
For some, this may not come as a surprise since a large number of people are being quarantined or locked in their homes due to the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Congratulations!
