Battle Pass end date extends for a week, Game Coordinator woes continue
With over three or four days of agony for some Dota players’ Game Coordinator, Valve appealed for more patience as they make further investigations into the issues. In return, Valve extends the Battle Pass end date for a week, until September 19, 2020.
In today’s update we will be extending the Battle Pass end date by a week, from Sep 12 to Sep 19. We have also made a few improvements to the Game Coordinator today, and will continue to investigate some more clues related to the extreme load surge that happened at 4AM Seattle.

“In today’s update we will be extending the Battle Pass end date by a week, from Sep 12 to Sep 19,” part of their tweet stated.
“We have also made a few improvements to the Game Coordinator today, and will continue to investigate some more clues related to the extreme load surge that happened at 4AM Seattle,” they added.
Players have reported since Wednesday network issues in the Dota Client, which caused the Game Coordinator to be unresponsive.
Some also report sudden disconnections in-game.
Valve has since apologized daily for the inconvenience and promised to find the root cause for the extreme load that happens at the same time each day.
We are having further Game Coordinator responsiveness issues. We are really sorry that it is happening yet again, we are working on finding the root cause for the extreme load that happens suddenly at the same time each day recently.
