FB stream cut short: UCHIHA Clan and Harlie is Black wins round 1
by Zena V. Magto
Two matches were mysteriously unavailable for public viewing yesterday, as organizers of the Lockdown Online Tournament cited Facebook connectivity issues as the root of the problem.
The two matches audiences weren’t able to see were matches of the UCHIHA CLan vs. Game Zone, and Harlie is Black vs. RyzenGaming.
The stream came back at around 6:00 PM, in time for the match between Colourz vs. Team Chili Garlic.
As checked on Chibiby’s Facebook page, where organizers are streaming the Bisaya cast for the tournament, the stream for the first two matches mysteriously disappeared.
However, the battle still continued without the live stream.
UCHIHA Clan defeated Game Zone with a final score of 35-11. UCHIHA Clan’s draft gave them an advantage over Game Zone’s heroes. Their MVP, Adrain “SkyLark” Cornelio, manned Centaur Warrunner and finished the game with 5 kills, 1 death, and 18 assists.
Meanwhile, experienced players Harlie is Black shuts down Ryzen Gaming in 18 minutes. Their playstyle was very effective against their enemy, which gave them map advantage. Their MVP, John “rai” Galman, had 14 kills, 0 deaths, and 5 assists.
A nice play coming from the reigning MPV John ‘rai’ Galman (Void Spirit) slaughtered 3 players of Ryzen Gaming. While HIB.Lj (Beast Master) throw his primal roar securing the double kill by killing Ryzen Gaming Pos 1 Faceless Void.
