by Zena V. Magto

We shall find out tomorrow which team will represent the Mindanao region in the first AMD Summer League!

Ground Zero and Wires and Lines will have their big brawl tomorrow, May 24 at 2:00 PM SGT.

Both teams displayed great performances, as they swept the series 2-0. Apex Prodigy and Imperia GG were toppled down in the league.

Wires and Lines expressed that they were able to up their game because they were using heroes that they were comfortable with.

However, they may have to be more careful as Ground Zero potentially has a wider hero pool.

“They’re so versatile and also players like Lis is a threat,” said Quirino Dauden Ruiz “`Q u i” Rabino said.

Ground Zero was elated to finally reach the finals, and are determined to represent the Mindanao region in the main event.

“We won because we really trained hard for this tournament, minimizing our errors from past games,” said Carlo “Sena-” Trillo.

Nevertheless, Wires and Lines hopes to be a good challenger with their teamwork and communication.

“Still, may the best team win. Di mi magpalupig (We won’t take it easy on them)” said `Q u i.

The AMD Summer League Mindanao Leg will culminate tomorrow in a bo5 series.
