HellRaisers and Ninjas in Pyjamas lead in WePlay! Pushka League

Hellraisers and Ninjas in Pyjamas (NiP) started strong during the first day of the WePlay! Pushka League Division 1 group stage.

With their new roster, NiP was able to bar OG Seed, 2-1. This makes it even since the same roster (formerly Chicken Fighters) was defeated by OG Seed during the qualifiers.

Meanwhile, HellRaisers swept Natus Vincere 2-0. Na’Vi almost had it in game 2, but between trade kills, Hellraisers eventually dominated under 33 minutes.

Fourteen teams compete in the WePlay! Pushka League, which started on April 23.

The group stage will run until May 6, in which the top four teams from each region will proceed to the playoffs round, while the remainder will be eliminated.

The online league features a $250,000 prize pool. Matches will start at 19:00 SGT daily.
