Ninjas in Pyjamas announce their new Dota 2 roster
Nearly two weeks ago, Ninjas in Pyjamas announced that Nico ‘Gunnar’ Lopez had left the team’s roster and now it has been announced that there are more changes as the full new NiP roster is confirmed
Ninjas in Pyjamas have not looked like a team who would be competing for the highest honours in Dota 2 for some time, but the addition of Saahil ‘Universe’ Arora to the squad was something that could have changed that. However, even with big changes made to the roster, the team have not been performing that well and now Peter ‘ppd’ Dager has decided to change things up again – following the departure of Gunnar from the squad.

Announced via their Twitter earlier today, NiP confirmed their new lineup for the upcoming ESL One Los Angeles qualifiers, which included the departure of Malthe ‘Biver’ Winther from the squad. The new lineup features Rodrigo ‘lelis’ Santos, who played alongside beastcoast as a standin at their brilliant run through DreamLeague Season 13 and Nikita ‘Daxak’ Kuzmin, who last played alongside Winstrike. The full new Ninjas in Pyjamas roster is:
- Nikita ‘Daxak’ Kuzmin
- Jason ‘TANNER’ Connor Weedon
- Rodrigo ‘Lelis’ Santos
- Saahil ‘Universe’ Arora
- Peter ‘ppd’ Dager
The team will be participating in the upcoming qualifier for the LA Major as well as the WePlay! Tug of War: Mad Moon in late February 2020. It is unsure what team Biver will be joining in the future but we will bring you the information on that when it becomes available.
