With marksman champions like Corki, Tristana, and Lucian oftentimes being played mid, this new champion’s kit will supposedly be tailor-made for the midlane, maybe in the form of burst shots or empowered auto attacks.
New details on #LeagueOfLegends champion 156 have been leaked.
They'll be a "non-traditional mid lane marksman," tied heavily into the lore of Senna and Lucian as a fellow Sentinel of Light.

This new champion will supposedly heavily tied with Senna and Lucian lore-wise, being another Sentinel of Light.
League of Legends’ recent champions starting with Viego circle around the idea of the Shadow Isles. Knowing that the Sentinels of Light combat the dark forcesof the Ruination, we may yet again see another champion whose lore ties in with Viego and the once-Blessed Isles.
This hyper-focus into the Shadow Isles’ lore may be related to the upcoming release of Riot Games’ first-ever Switch game entitled Ruined King: A League of Legends Story.
There is currently no news regarding the release date for Champion 156, but they are rumored to be released mid-2021.
