PH Rejects ‘rejects’ Benz and Friends

The Lockdown Online Tournament has just started, and things are already looking good for PH Rejects, with pro player Armel ‘armel” Tabios rampaging all over the map.

PH Rejects was technically pinning newbie team Benz and Friends to the edge just a few minutes in the game.  Carlo “BDz” Manalo drew first blood, using Dark Willow 2 minutes in.

Benz and Friends never had a chance to roam the map as the radiant side played by PH Rejects was aggressive. The team already destroyed all tier 1 towers on the dire side in under 16 minutes.

Twenty-five minutes in, and the GG was called. It was hopeless for Benz and Friends as they were practically trapped in their base. It is notable, however, that the team did not give in easily as they hold on to their last tier 3 tower.

Armel reigned MVP of the game, with 28 kills, 2 deaths and 16 assists.

The lockdown Online Tournament is an online Dota 2 competition, featuring a P50,000 prize pool. There are 64 teams competing, with matches lasting until Friday, April 3, 2020.
