Redditor Leaks Sneaky, Stealthy New Agent

A two-minute video on Valorant’s newest agent was leaked on a reddit post by user u/Retro-Indietro last January 3, 2021. 

The new agent, codenamed “Stealth” in the game files, features a duelist kit which focuses on distraction, deception, and displacement. His ability kit gives players the power to deceive their enemies and sneak up on them while they panic.

Dubbed Yoru, the new agent’s kit consists of the following:

  • fake footsteps that go on for a time until colliding with a wall or an obstacle,
  • a flash ability that bounces off before exploding,
  • a pocket portal that allows him to blink in and out of fights, and
  • an ultimate that allows him to be invisible and invincible for a limited time.

Episode 2 of Valorant, the game’s next major update, drops on January 12, 2021, which will also be the supposed release date for the new agent if he is confirmed by Riot.
