Wires and Lines, Imperia GG, Apex Prodigy, and Ground Zero are your AMD Summer League Mindanao Leg semifinalists!

The four teams who will advance to the semifinals of the AMD Summer League – Mindanao Leg are locked in!
Imperia GG, Ground Zero, Apex Prodigy, and Wires and Lines will battle it out tomorrow, May 23, in a bo3 series.
Imperia GG is a group of 2nd year Engineering students from St. Mary’s College of Tagum Inc. They hope for an exciting match against Ground Zero tomorrow.
“We hope that the match tomorrow will be exciting and that we can play toe to toe with the immortals,” said Renz “Suzy” Demegillo of Imperia GG.
Butuan team Ground Zero placed 3rd-4th in the recent Lockdown Online Tournament. Being a new team, they dedicate much of their time playing pub games and honing their teamwork.
“Thankful kami sa South.gg dahil sa tournament at talagang pinagbubutihan namin para manalo (We’re thankful for the organizers of the event, and we’re really working well to win) … and also we’re aiming for a win all throughout the tournament” said Carlo “Sena-” Trillo of Ground Zero
Apex Prodigy, Reech Apex‘s secondary team, says that they keep learning even during the tournament.
“101% effort in individual skill because we haven’t had so much practice in communication… during the tournament, we’ll keep on learning,” said Harold “hPL” Libre of Apex Prodigy.
The same goes for Wires and Lines, as they bank on their experience by playing ranked games.
“Wala jd siyay preparation but experience lang nakuha namo through playing rank games,” said Arnold “Noldz” Lim of Wires and Lines.
The AMD Summer League – Mindanao League is the second qualifier of the AMD Summer League. The weekly champion will win P2,500 digital credits and a spot in the main event from June 8-14, 2020.
